GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS


Price:
The prices are undemanding.
They can be changed in any moment and without notice.
The prices are ex warehouse, packing and VAT excluded.

Orders:
For avoiding mistakes or misunderstandings,
you should attain to our reference numbers.
We don’t accept disputes for orders made by phone.
Minimum of order: NET €150

Shipments:
The goods, even if sent freight paid or free delivered to the buyer’s
premises, travel at the risk and responsibility of the buyer;
all our responsibility ceases upon delivery of goods to the carrier.
After the buyer has inspected the goods, any claims such as loss,
breakage, damages and delays should be made to the carrier.
If a particular courier is not specified in the order,
we reserve the right to choose the most suitable shipment.

Returned goods:
The returned goods have to be authorised and send with
a covering letter with the reference number we will give you.
The shipment has to be prepaid.
No complaints will be accepted within 8 days after the goods reception

Guarantee:
Not included in the guarantee: damages or breakage due
to the transportation; problems due to wrong installations,
inaccurate interventions or assumed troubles: problems or damages
caused by improper use.

Disputes:
Any dispute jurisdiction shall rest with Genoa Court of Law.
